Itinerant sale of instruments with sharp tips and instruments for cutting
Sharpeners, scissors, needles, kitchen and butcher's knives, forks, axes, stage or decorative weapons, travelling, itinerant, weapons, ATECO 47.8
Instruments with sharp tips and instruments for cutting for which the natural purpose is to cause offence to individuals (daggers, stilettos, sabres, swords, and other such instruments) are considered weapons.
The sale of these items on the street is prohibited because weapons may only be sold in licensed premises.
Instruments with sharp tips and instruments for cutting which, although they may occasionally be used to cause offence, have a specific and different purpose, such as work tools and instruments intended for domestic, agricultural, scientific, sporting, industrial, and similar uses are not considered to be weapons and may be sold either on the street or an itinerant basis.

- Anti-mafia requirements of all the individuals prescribed by Article 85 of Italian Legislative Decree dated 6 September 2011, number 159
- Moral pursuant to Articles 11, and 43 of Italian Royal Decree dated June 6 1931, number 773 of all the individuals indicated in Article 85 of Italian Legislative Decree dated September 6 2011, number 159
The start of the activity is subject to a request.
The request is provided for in Article 13 of del Italian Royal Decree dated June 6 1931, number 773.
Starting from April 1 2019 the request for authorisation is under the responsibility of the Municipality.
