Agricultural entrepreneurs belonging to the Wine and Food Routes (Strade del vino e dei sapori)

Agricultural entrepreneurs engaged in the production of wine or other beverages, adhering to the Wine and Taste Routes(Strade del Vino e dei Sapori), are permitted to serve traditional agri-food products and typical and quality products that have not been cooked, together with the serving of wine or the immediate consumption of beverages being sold.
The regulations governing agritourism pursuant to Regional Law dated July 22 1996, number 25, and the commercial regulations pursuant to Regional Law dated December 5 2005, number 29 do not apply.
OBJECT REQUIREMENTS:
- participation of the winemaking farm in one of the accredited Wine and Taste Routes (Strade del Vino e dei Sapori)
- conducting the sale and serving of self-produced wine exclusively on the company's premises, pursuant to Article 191 of Italian Royal Decree dated May 6 1940, number 635
- compliance with the health and hygiene requirements defined in the Guidelines on the hygiene requirements of workplaces intended for the production of goods and services pursuant to Directive 123/2006 EC. Because the activity is limited to the simple handling and serving of uncooked food, the sanitary facilities are permitted to be used for the shared use of employees and visitors, provided that the water dispensing controls of the handwashing facilities are not manually operated (pedal, knee, photocell) and that only liquid soap and disposable towels are being used.
The start of the activity is subject to a certified notification of business opening (SCIA).
SCIA is prescribed by Article 6 of Regional Law dated September 2015, number 22.

Inspections are conducted by:
- the Municipality
- the public health Authorities
